DAD Simpatico Absint

HAFN Spirits is helping to celebrate D-A-D's 40th birthday. In this connection, they have distilled an insanely good absinthe of 61% in the middle of Kødbyen in Copenhagen. D-A-D Simpatico is made by steeping wormwood, fennel and anise in strong alcohol. The result is distilled into a clear liquid that is distilled with wormwood (Artemisia pontica) and secret herbs. The color has made it very aptly named after SIMPATICO and after a few glasses, the atmosphere approaches Empty Heads. The absinthe is limited to 180 bottles of 70cl and can only be bought here and at HAFN in Kødbyen.
